For More Information About an Instrument
You are welcome to contact us for a more detailed description of any instrument. We do our best to fairly and accurately describe instruments. Particularly for used instruments, we recommend that you call us for “in-hand” description so that we can discuss specifics of instrument wear, repair history and playability.

To Order an Instrument
Call us. 608-255-2254. We’ll confirm availability, discuss payment and shipping options.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
This site is protected by Trustwave’s Trusted Commerce program.
Payment may also be made by bank transfer, money order or personal check (although this last option may delay shipping to you). If you plan to pay via these options, contact us to confirm that the instrument is still available. We will place a temporary hold on the instrument to allow sufficient time for payment to arrive. We will not ship an instrument until full payment is received.
Shipping Within the U.S.
We most frequently ship via UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on delivery address, shipment size and weight and insured value. We can give you an estimate and give you the final shipping cost when the shipment is prepared for pickup. We do not charge a handling fee above the actual UPS cost of shipping.
Once your instrument is prepared for shipping we will e-mail you a confirmation of the final shipping cost, the UPS tracking number and the expected delivery date.
If an instrument shipped to you is received damaged, notify us immediately.
International Orders
We are currently not shipping internationally. International trade of instruments containing rosewood and shell products (mother of pearl and abalone) now require extensive documentation, additional fees, and an increase risk of damage during handling/inspection by customs agents.
To Trade an Instrument
We accept instruments in trade. If you have an instrument for possible trade, we will need to examine the instrument before we are able to specify an exact trade value.
If you will be shipping an instrument to us, see a few examples of how NOT to ship your guitar on our “Frequently Asked Questions” page. Be sure to ship your instrument well packed and fully insured.
Approval Period
When you receive the instrument you have 48 hours to examine the instrument for approval. If you decide to return an instrument you must notify us immediately. If the instrument is not received here within a reasonable shipping time, the instrument will be considered sold.
To Return an Instrument
When returning an instrument be sure to pack the instrument correctly, and ship it insured. We will refund the price of the instrument when it is received here in the same condition it was sent. Any shipping costs (both to you and return) are your responsibility.
Layaways
Instruments can also be held on layaway for a 20% non- refundable deposit, and balance to be paid within 60 days. Instruments purchased on layaway terms do not carry an approval period and are not returnable.
