UNBRANDED PLECTRUM TUBAPHONE BANJO – 1954
The rim on this banjo is a 1954 Vega Tubaphone. The neck is from an unknown maker. The name Foley appears on the back of the peghead. The neck is curly maple with a carved heel and carved back of the peghead. The bound ebony fretboard has a vine inlay and the hardware is gold plated. Very good condition, with a hard shell case. $1000
